Not sure if you have received the correct cartridges?
Unfortunately, the manufacturers can't list all the printer models on the boxes. If your printer model isn't listed on the
box, the easiest way of making sure whether you have received the correct cartridges is to find your printer model on our
website. When found, click on the cartridges you ordered under your printer, scroll down to the bottom of the page and this
will show you the printers that take the same cartridges. You should find some of the ones listed on the box on here if you
have the correct ones.

How are compatible cartridges and original cartridges different?
Compatible cartridges are specifically manufactured to meet or exceed Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM)
specifications. These cartridges offer a high standard of quality, reliability, and offer high-quality printing
results. Compatible and generic cartridges are brand new cartridges, containing only new components, and are an
economical alternative to expensive brand-name cartridges and supplies, which allow the consumer to enjoy big savings
over brand-name cartridges and supplies. The use of compatible or generic replacement cartridges does not void the
printer's warranty.

Will the print life of the compatible or remanufactured cartridge be as long as the OEM cartridge?
As Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) products are configured to print only the amount of ink held
within the product. Within the compatible industry, it is quite common that the compatible or remanufactured cartridge
holds more ink that the OEM. Therefore, the page yield generated from using a compatible cartridge is equal to or
greater than an OEM original.

Will compatible or remanufactured cartridges void my printer's warranty?
You may be worried that the use of compatible or remanufactured printing supplies will void your printer's warranty.
The use of compatible or remanufactured printing supplies will not affect your printer’s warranty. Your printer warranty cannot be
voided because you select compatible products unless the manufacturer can prove that the compatible or remanufactured product caused
direct damage to your printer. In cases such as this, the manufacturer may choose not to repair your printer but
your warranty would remain in effect for all other warranty issues.
